For a family owned and operated physical therapy practice, delivering personalized attention to each patient while maintaining a profitable practice is a daunting task. For Travis Robbins, owner of Robbins Rehabilitation, the solution came when his brother, Todd, introduced him to FOI Solutions.

By design, Kinetic Physical Therapy & Human Performance Center is a patient-centered facility. When Darren Rodia, MS, PT, DPT, Angelo Labrinakos, MS, PT, DPT, ATC, and Christopher Shearer, MS, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, opened their physical therapy practice in 2006, they purposely looked at it through the eyes of a patient. They asked, “What would I want if I was a patient?” according to Darren, president of the practice. Beyond the homelike atmosphere and commitment to no waiting time, Kinetic Physical Therapy adheres to the concept of each patient seeing one therapist, working toward one goal, for optimum results.
When the owners of Kinetic Physical Therapy began working with FOI Solutions in 2007, another company was helping them with their billing. “When we switched to FOI Solutions, we went from about 60 days to 30 days for payment. Claims are processed quickly so we get paid quickly. That equates to cash flow.”
Darren also appreciates the “wonderful knack” FOI Solutions has for providing quick answers. “I can always talk to the same person when I have a question.” In addition to billing services, FOI Solutions provides bookkeeping and marketing support. “FOI Solutions made our logo into a brand. We are constantly complimented on our marketing materials, from our brochure to our website.”
Today, Kinetic Physical Therapy has three locations throughout Chester County, PA. “Our practice went from three people in one office to 40 people in three offices since 2006.”

When Paul Hecker, PT, MSPT, OCS, and Ben Hangen, PT, MPT, OCS, opened Elite Physical Therapy in Greenville, SC, in 2006, they knew how they wanted to run the clinical side of their practice.
